The arrest from CAD seeds the JMS booking record — charges, location, arresting officer, and incident number pre-populated from the call.

PulseRMS

Booking creates the RMS incident and offense records automatically — officers don’t type the same names and charges twice.

Internal Affairs

Use-of-force events and formal complaints filed in-facility are ingested into the IA workflow with the booking record as baseline.

Roster

Correctional officer assignments, shift rosters, and certification records pull from the same Roster module sworn officers use.

COREConnect

Court-ordered public notifications (registered sex offenders, active warrants) route from the JMS record to the COREConnect alert system.
